Usamos a expressão "shoot the breeze" para dizer "jogar conversa fora" em inglês.
EXEMPLO I: Sabrina and Jennifer spent the entire afternoon just shooting the breeze. (A Sabrina e a Jennifer passaram a tarde inteira apenas jogando conversa fora.)
EXEMPLO II: I would like to shoot the breeze, but I have to go now. (Eu gostaria de jogar conversa fora, mas eu tenho que ir agora)
